All content — including videos, PDFs, cards, scripts, frameworks, AI tools, AI prompts, and visual tools — is protected under Canadian and international copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use of any BHB Products without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

No Professional Relationship

Use of any BHB Product or service does not create a therapist-client, counsellor-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

Personal Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

Parenting outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. No guarantees are made regarding results. By using BHB Products, you accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use BHB Products.

Limitation of Liability

The BHB Method / Leslie Bransfield is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes resulting from use or misuse of BHB Products.

6. AI Tools — Talk It Through™ & BHB Calm Coach™

Disclosure: AI-Powered Tools

Talk It Through™ and BHB Calm Coach™ are AI-powered tools. Interactions are generated by artificial intelligence based on the Body–Heart–Brain™ framework. In compliance with applicable laws including the EU AI Act and applicable U.S. and Canadian guidelines, we disclose that these tools are not operated by a human and responses are AI-generated.

Nature and Scope of AI Tools

Talk It Through™ and BHB Calm Coach™ provide educational parenting support based on the Body–Heart–Brain™ Method. These tools do not provide legal, financial, educational, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind. Specifically, these tools:

• Do not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or mental health treatment

• Do not replace professional or emergency care

• Do not provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Occupational Therapy (OT) advice

• Do not diagnose or speculate about any medical, developmental, or psychological condition

• Are not intended to address clinical or therapeutic needs

Responses are informational and general in nature. They are not tailored to individual circumstances and may not always be accurate. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment and discretion when applying any suggestions. If any guidance appears unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation, do not follow it.

Not an Emergency or Crisis Service

Talk It Through™ and BHB Calm Coach™ are not emergency or crisis response services and are not monitored by any person at any time. If you are in an emergency or crisis situation, contact your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 911, 999, 000, or 112). Do not rely on these tools in an emergency. Never delay seeking emergency assistance because of information provided by these tools.

Privacy & Data Use in AI Tools

AI conversations are not routinely reviewed by any person. Data may be processed and temporarily stored by third-party technology providers (including AI infrastructure providers such as Anthropic) in accordance with their own privacy policies. By using these tools, you acknowledge and accept this processing.

• Do not enter personally identifying information into AI tools

• We do not sell or use AI conversation content for profiling

• Use of AI tools is at your own discretion

7. BHB Product Suite

BHB Scenario Tool™

An interactive tool providing personalized Body–Heart–Brain™ guidance for real-life parenting situations. Price: $27 USD (one-time purchase).

Talk It Through™

An AI-powered personal coaching tool grounded in the Body–Heart–Brain™ framework. Price: $47 USD (one-time purchase).

BHB Family Blueprint™

A comprehensive family framework resource based on the Body–Heart–Brain™ Method. Pricing as listed at time of purchase.

Subscription Products

Some BHB Products may be offered on a subscription basis. Where applicable, subscription products automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate refunds for previous billing periods already charged. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

Other BHB Products

All other BHB Products including courses, cards, scripts, and community memberships are priced and described at the point of sale. All prices are listed in USD.

8. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically, typically within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser. If a product is retired, reasonable notice will be provided. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

9. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due immediately upon purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Failed payments may result in suspended access.

10. Refund Policy

7-Day Action-Based Guarantee

Because BHB Products are digital, refunds are granted only under this guarantee. Within 7 days of purchase, you must:

• Use the materials provided

• Show proof of effort (completed modules, summaries, or examples of application)

If you still do not feel more confident or supported after genuine effort, you may request a refund. Refund eligibility is determined solely by The Body–Heart–Brain Method after review of submitted materials.

New Brunswick Consumer Protection Act

As a New Brunswick business, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under provincial law. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

11. Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove members from any BHB community, group, membership, or platform — including but not limited to Skool communities — for harassment, abuse, spam, unlawful activity, or behaviour inconsistent with community guidelines, without notice or refund.

12. Parent Coaching Services

Nature of Coaching

Private parenting sessions and consultations are coaching and educational support only. They are not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Parent coaching services provided by Leslie Bransfield:

• Are not covered by insurance

• Cannot be submitted for reimbursement

• Are not eligible for health benefits, extended benefits, or medical claims

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and accept this.

No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes vary by family, context, and application. No guarantees are made regarding behavioural or emotional outcomes.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated with care and respect, and will not be shared beyond the session.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.

14. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of BHB Products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
