DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Products are delivered electronically within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Access links provide lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product or program, not the purchaser. Should the product be retired, reasonable notice will be given. No physical products will be shipped unless specifically stated.

PAYMENT & BILLING

All prices are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due immediately upon purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

REFUND POLICY

14-Day Action-Based Guarantee:

- We want you to feel confident investing in BHB Products. Due to the digital nature of BHB Products, refunds are only granted under the 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee outlined above. If, within 14 days of purchase, you: Complete and use the provided materials (e.g., lessons, Crisis Cards, Reset scripts), and can show proof of effort (e.g., completed modules, summary of attempts), but still don't feel more confident or calm, you may request a refund.

New Brunswick Consumer Protection Act

As a New Brunswick business, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act. You have additional rights under provincial consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these terms.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, and the federal government of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid.

TERMS MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
